1) Current service

PassionalAI provides guided AI speaking practice, feedback, playback, saved learning items, scenarios, and progress analysis.

2) Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3) Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel through Billing to stop future renewals. Access normally continues until the paid period ends.

4) AI and educational use

AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect. PassionalAI is an educational practice tool, does not provide professional advice, and cannot guarantee a particular learning result.

5) Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of original content you submit and permit us to process it to provide the service. Do not misuse accounts, security, payments, other people's data, or intellectual property.

6) Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes reasonably.
