Refunds

1) Booking refunds

For booked sessions, cancellations follow this rule:

• Cancel 2 hours or more before the start time: full refund.
• Cancel less than 2 hours before the start time: 50% refund, 50% late cancel fee.

2) How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when supported. Timing depends on the provider and your bank.

3) Free trials

A free trial session (if available) is a zero payment booking. Refunds do not apply to zero payment bookings.

4) Disputes

If there is a completion dispute, the session may be placed on hold for review before any payout or final settlement.
