Refunds

1) General rule

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, monthly and yearly subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancel through Billing to stop future renewals.

2) Exceptions

We may approve a refund or credit for a verified duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, incorrect system charge, or extended unavailability of core paid functionality caused by PassionalAI.

3) Requests

Use the Contact or Help page with the account email, receipt identifier, charge date and amount, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number or password.

4) Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported. Provider and bank processing times vary.
