How does feedback work after I answer?
Each turn is designed to return the exact question, realistic scores, one-sentence overall feedback, three grammar coaching items, a stronger standard answer, three key expressions, and a new follow-up question.
What can I practice inside the app?
You can practice interviews, exams, workplace communication, healthcare speaking, business communication, and other coach-guided topics using the AI coaches and scenario-driven flows.
What is the personal vault for?
The vault stores approved learning items such as key expressions and useful vocabulary so you can review and reuse what you learned instead of losing it after the session ends.
Do I need a teacher to use the Web AI App?
No. The app is designed for independent daily practice first. When you want human guidance, you can move into teacher booking and live support from the same platform.

How does the teacher application process work?

How do I set my price?
You set your teacher rate per 25-minute class. Topic pricing and rate previews in the teacher hub show what the student pays, what the platform deducts as commission, and what you keep as net payout.
How much do I earn per hour?
The platform is based on 25-minute classes with a 5-minute rest buffer, which fits into 30-minute booking blocks. Two back-to-back classes are roughly one teaching hour, so your hourly gross is about two times your per-class rate before commission. Your exact net depends on your active commission tier.
What commission does PassionalAI take from teachers?
Commission is tier-based rather than a single public fixed number in the code. The important point is that the platform calculates it transparently and shows the commission amount and net payout preview before you publish pricing and in your earnings view.
How are trial sessions handled?
There is one free trial per student-teacher pair. For that trial, the student pays 0, the teacher earns 0, and the platform earns 0.
When do teachers get paid?
Payout processing targets Friday in Asia/Manila, with an expected 1 to 3 business day arrival window, starting with PayPal support.
How do cancellations and refunds affect teachers?
If a booking is canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start, the student gets a full refund. If it is canceled later than that, the standard policy is a 50% refund unless admin override applies. These calculations are enforced server-side.
Can I teach only in-app?
Yes. Teachers can support in-app delivery, and approved external fallback modes can also be enabled where allowed by settings and booking rules.
What details should I prepare before applying?
Prepare a clear display name, a practical headline or bio, your languages, your teaching skills, your preferred delivery modes, and the rate you want to charge per 25-minute class.

What happens in a Live Class?
A learner and teacher join a one-on-one session tied to a valid booking. The room supports communication and collaboration tools so the class can run inside the platform instead of through scattered third-party links.
What tools are included in the live room?
The room includes chat, board tools, timer, files metadata, presence, participant state, and call-related features for supported sessions.
How long is a live class?
The canonical booking length is 25 minutes unless the product contract changes centrally.
How do I join a Live Class?
Room access is validated from booking truth on the server. Eligible participants are allowed into the room based on the booking and membership rules.
Can anyone open a room link?
No. Live membership and room access are server-owned. Only eligible participants and admins can access booking-linked room details.
Can files be shared during class?
Yes. The live flow includes room files metadata, and storage access is controlled so classroom files do not become broad public links by default.
Are external class tools allowed?
Approved external fallback delivery modes can be used when supported, but booking completion, ratings, disputes, and earnings effects still remain inside the platform.
What if there is a dispute after class?
The platform keeps completion and dispute handling inside the booking system. Disputed sessions can block earnings until admin resolution.
